CSS is a breeze. I know you can do it. If you pick a theme that you like, but would like it tweaked a bit, simply copy the code into wordpad and sent it to me as an attachment. Oh, and be sure to send me some specifics about what you are trying to create.
If you are using webhosting now–you can simple copy and paste it upon my return to you and voila!!!
