1. Cleaning the cat box. Three times a day at least.
2. Reflexively protecting my bare jean-holed knees from two sets of tiny claws.
3. Holding my knees together as I type so whichever cat is on there doesn’t fall through.
4. Humming “Feliz Navidad”. Catchy little tune, isn’t it? It’ll be with me through July.
5. Thinking about mailing those out-of-state Christmas gifts.
6. But wrapping them first.
7. But before that, maybe even buying them.
8. To pay for them, semi-seriously considering that “adult phone actress” position I saw advertised on Craigslist. After all, $24/hour is $24/hour, and apparently no one is impressed with my 11-year old resume, nor are they knocking down doors for my intuitive readings.
9. Seeing myself as a potential Cat Lady.

I found that one of my best “friends” this season is Amazon.com. You can sit by the computer, order almost anything, they wrap, you tell them what to srite on the crad, they write it, and they deliver it to the door of all those out of reach people. I am loving it!
Happy Holidays!

Yeah, I vote for on line shopping, wrapping and sending too.
I am the cat lady of our neighborhood. Even though we are currently down to two cats. I’ll get the numbers back up eventually. My highest at once so far this life was 9 cats.

I love Amazon! It’s so tempting to pick up something (or six or seven somethings) for myself as well, but I guess you have to reward yourself too during the holiday season.
