Don't underestimate that early morning period that I call the "Sunrise Zone". It's that post-dreamtime period when we're awake but the thoughts continue to stream. We usually arrive there from a quiet place or fresh from a visit with other selves in other places. Getting up and walking around changes focus. I do admit that I like it more in the summer when the window is open and the choir of robins sings in unison for 45-50 minutes each morning. (Listen to them sometime and you'll see what I mean.)

Let me say that your light seems to be shining brightly these days as felt through your words. I'm not sure if it is the "healing power of trees" or the Pacific Northwest, or what, but it's there.

Thank you and know that your Joy is our Joy.
